Branding and technology combine to create Xerox extranet


In the past, the number and variety of Xerox distribution channels, made it difficult to target information to specific business partners. Originally consisting of numerous sites with diverse looks and messages, BrandLogic helped simplify and rebrand the many sites for business partners into one: "partner.Xerox." The new combined site leveraged Webridge Mainspan technology, customized by BrandLogic, to create a one-to-one relationship-marketing program that spoke directly to individual channel customers.

Online warranty claims
Another example of effectively using the Web to transform a company's internal processes as well as its public face Occurred when BrandLogic Interactive created an e-business solution for Xerox, enabling the company's Authorized Service Providers (ASP) to submit warranty reimbursement claims online. Xerox can now manage the warranty claims process remotely, with a fraction of the manpower previously required, thanks to a rich set of administrative tools created specifically for this application.
